Andrew Goodall, tax journalist

I am the News Editor at Tax Journal, a weekly magazine published in print and online by LexisNexis.

I joined LexisNexis five years ago. I was the editor of Tolley’s Practical Tax newsletter from February 2007 to March 2011 and became Tax Journal's News Editor in February 2010.

I have also contributed to several other LexisNexis titles including Tolley's Tax Guide and Simon's Taxes.

My tax career began in the Inland Revenue (now HMRC). I have worked for large and small firms of accountants and as an independent tax consultant to smaller firms.

I am a non-practising member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the National Union of Journalists, whose code of conduct is here.
